# 43 Talker On True Healing Modalities

Ah yes healing modalities in all its glory. Was a tough battle overcoming numerous belief factors that kept rattling and yanking on my belief chain. With various degrees of intensity applied and experienced in the studies of healing, I still have no honest answer to ‘what really works’. Appears that a strange and some what fascinating admixture of beliefs, emotions, and ones soul plan are the prime keys to achieving a healing, be you healer or the patient. These three keys apply, regardless of the healing modality, applied or used. Further stated here, is that no healer is doing the actual healing. The true healing source is known by many names, and I won’t enter into that naming process.

Regardless of the modality or healing process used, the patient, and only the patient, in some way, shape or form is using the three mentioned keys, to be healed or not healed, or even leading to their passing away.

Many are the conversations and from some, the argument regards the refusal of a healing, or choosing death over life. Religions will say ‘Gods punishment’, others will say ‘karma’, none of which are true, and won’t be covered here at this time.

Only two energies are ever involved with or in a healing decision.
The source of all life and the soul involved at the moment.

On the one hand there is indeed a ‘Gods’ plan and on the other hand there is the ’Souls’ plan.

Laughable and serious at the same time, is when the healer’s ego is faced with what appears to be a failed healing action, which is yet another story to be told. Even Jesus, as mentioned in the bible, had a problem with one healing being performed by him. Would be delighted to narrow my efforts closer to that number. Oh well, back to the drawing board of experiencing.

# 42 Talker on the Candida Conundrum!

Ah yes, as some in the family were at one time made aware by me, of the saliva test, it did cause a crazy next morning ’spit in a glass of water’ to check it out, test. Guess there were a dozen or more people laughing at the crazy old man and his ways of saying and doing things.
There is a link down below with details on that test.
Anyway, this nasty thing called Candida, can cause many kinds of health conditions, that may be overlooked during an original doctors visit, and presents an incorrect diagnosis at first.
Meanwhile you’re on a nasty merry go round of try this, do that, with no real help arriving, until a candida problem is fully addressed as being the real culprit. But what do I know about these things!

Candida Conundrum: Is It Really Allergies?
Thursday, July 03, 2008 by: Kal Sellers (see all articles by this author)
| Key concepts: candida, water and alkaline water

(NaturalNews) A short time ago, I wrote an article on treating candida.

This article took a lot of the stress and misery out of the typical candida diet and allowed you to heal your body while killing candida. This is something that is not typically addressed very well in most candida diets, which often leave you sick in other ways when you are done.

In response to this article, I literally got about fifty emails asking me to help with the fight against candida. The distressing common vein in nearly all of these emails was that they were describing symptoms that candida itself could never be responsible for.

If you have candida to the point that it is eating your skin and your mucus membranes, you are not walking around like a normal person with a normal life. Rather you are on your deathbed.

Still, people are being diagnosed, presumably after some experienced
practitioner has tested them, with candida to explain eruptions on the skin and in the mouth, or chronic fatigue, etc.

Let’s get the cat out of the bag right away and reveal that those symptoms are not candida infections, but are, rather, allergic responses — well, a better clinical description would be autoimmune responses — possibly to candida, but more likely to candida, a few viruses, dietary irritants, chemical warfare residues in the air, toxic thinking and bacteria.

In other words, it is a condition of autoimmune response to what would be better termed an irritant than an infection. True, the microorganisms are present, but the other implications of infection are not there, unless we specify “low-grade” infection.

Because of vaccinations, heavy metals, biological warfare circling our globe and a basically loveless society that is eating irritants instead of real food, autoimmune responses are truly epidemic. Pretty much everyone is experiencing some degree of them if raised in the conventional setting in this country.

Fortunately, as I profess quite often, our culture is feeling the stones of what would commonly be known as “rock bottom” and the more
enlightened members of every class of society are engineering changes, often subtle, but cumulative and sometimes radical, but with fewer participants.

This movement is what brings you NaturalNews.com and other enlightened publications. There is still a lot of fear, anger and spewing of contention against this or that, which, hopefully, we will stop doing before we drag ourselves kicking and screaming to our graves.

What is it that Albert Einstein is credited with saying? “You cannot solve a problem with the same kind of thinking that created it.” Yeah, that is right, and going to war against those who have abused humanity is the same level of thinking. Instead, an enlightened perspective, determined to take humanity to a higher place is a much better solution. I believe that if we put all the energy that is currently burned up on contention, complaining and blaming into creativity, innovation and commitment to good causes, we would soon find that all current threats are no longer threats at all.

Today, though, we are going to deal with today’s threats and how to
nullify or at least minimize the cumulative impact of them for each of us.

So the responses that people are reporting, which they have blamed on candida are actually not the direct result of infection, but rather the result of an allergy, or auto-immune response to not just that irritant, but several others as well.

This calls, obviously, for a different approach. I find many natural healers using candida the way medical doctors use fibromyalgia. That is, when they encounter a stubborn symptom that they do not understand, they give it that label so they sound more intelligent. This is safe because these conditions are believed to be so hard to treat and results are not really expected.

Of course not!

In order to deal with the problem that is most often being labeled as
candida, we need to start labeling it correctly. Let me tell you, first of all, that everyone (are you listening?) everyone has candida in their blood.

This is not new, though it is a little worse because of some mysterious things in our air today.

The only difference is that today if a practitioner finds candida in your blood, you get a label to carry around that you can now use to excuse all of your health problems so you do not feel too bad about having them.

The problem with this is that you soon find that your health is not really getting better. Candida control programs are not working. Then fear sets in and you are worried you are going to die, or not be able to live a normal life.

When we address candida, cleaning it out and healing the body so that it is healthy ecologically is not difficult, but there is no way ever that you are going to keep candida out of your blood completely. If you are allergic to the candida, guess what, anytime you give your body enough irritants that it becomes irritable, you will have symptoms again.

Last time I wrote about candida, I explained how to wipe it out of your body and get your ecology healthy. That system works, but so many of those who contacted me did not have symptoms consistent with candida infections, but rather with autoimmune responses.

When an autoimmune response is triggered by one or many irritants, it is known as an allergy. Allergies can take many forms and can manifest in many different tissues. There is very little sense in a simple scratch test for allergies these days, even though that is almost the only thing most medical doctors even know about or support.

In order to deal with the allergies, we want to do three things that will keep them away permanently.

1. Diminish the number of irritants in the body

2. Release the tendency to respond to certain substances

3. Clean out the toxic residues in the body that keep it out of balance
To diminish the number of irritants in your body, think three areas: water, food and air. Water is the easiest, just get good filtration systems for your water. You may want to test the pH after filtration and if it is highly acidic, add some healthy ions to it so that your body knows how to use that water. A simple solution is to add raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon to the water.
These are acidic natural substances that our bodies understand.
Generally, I feel that distilled water is the best — the hydrogen ions that are freed up in distilled water (which make it test acidic) are actually used immediately as markers in your body and help eliminate any debris that are not in use. It is simply a myth that distilled water will rob your body of nutrients you are using. The only time this could possibly occur is when under extreme stress. During those times, you can solve the problem by drinking herbal teas (as part of your water consumption), especially comfrey, alfalfa and red raspberry mixed.

Distilled water does come with a warning, however, and that warning is about xenoestrogens (literally, foreign, unnatural or abnormal estrogens) that can be leached out of the plastic if the temperature changes too radically. A local delivery service will not cost you much more and might eliminate this problem totally. Your own distiller will solve the problem totally.

I occasionally get asked about alkaline water. I personally watch out for anything that does anything that I would not encounter in nature. While glacier water is certainly alkaline, it did not get that way by putting a dropper full of some alkalizing chemical in it, but by absorbing minerals from the rocks and soil it sits on.

Alkaline water can cause problems with hydration (contrary to popular
belief) and can cause alkaline shock, which will cause problems with
normal function and with the normal cycle from alkaline to acid that your blood does if you are healthy.

In theory, something like alkalized water that comes purely from
electrolyzing the minerals in filtered water could be very helpful without causing alkaline shock and that alkaline water would react with and neutralize many irritants in your blood, contributing thereby to your healing process.

If you decide to use alkaline water from one of these sources, the best I have found is explained at (www.enagic.com/). This way you can get a concentrated dose of some things we have been missing in our usual water, but that we would get, at least periodically, if we lived naturally.

There are also other ways to micro-cluster your water into hexagonal
water clumps. This should be tested before you buy, though.

Food irritants is the most complicated. Basically, if you understand that humans are, most perfectly raw-food frugivores, you can do pretty well.

That means we are best designed to eat fruit, leaves and easily gathered vegetation along with some seeds and nuts. We are certainly designed to eat them raw. These foods hold little irritation for most of us. If you are allergic to nuts, you generally know about it. It is also useful to realize that two substances you could eat and would not react to either, might, when combined, create irritants.
So the first clue is lean toward frugivore foods. The second clue is make sure you have great digestion — which starts in the combinations of foods you eat and then occurs in the mouth when you chew your food well. I promise you if you chew twice as well as you are now, you will have twice the energy and half the symptoms without changing anything else.

For a more detailed discussion of proper eating parameters, go to
(www.bestfoodist.com) and get Traci’s Transformational Health Principles book. This will give you the basics that you can follow and to which you can apply any food program you are inclined to follow to make it the healthiest it can be.

Air is a tough one. The air outside probably is laced with lead and
chemicals… shall we call them experiments? It is also pervasively filled with mutated strains of everything thanks to the radical unnatural radiation circling the globe in the form of microwaves and electromagnetic grids.

On the other hand, the air inside your home, though filtered, typically tests to be up to 70 times more toxic than the air outside on a smoggy day!

The solution is to make sure you have some ventilation in your home. Keep wireless devices (internet, cell phones) and your microwave (if you have not thrown it away yet) down to a minimum or eliminate them. Avoid toxic sprays and chemicals in your home. Vacuum with a high quality vacuum and maybe even grow some plants, especially trays of wheatgrass that will revitalize the air in your home.

Oh, and do not forget the biggest one, think more positive thoughts. There is really only one excuse for the air in anyone’s home being 70 times more toxic than the air outside: the chemicals produced from their own bodies.

I remember one study I had to learn about when I was studying self-help and reprogramming. In this study, the condensate exhaled by people in a room was captured. One angry person, who was in the room angry for an hour, produced enough poison to kill a guinea pig. A room full of angry people produced enough poison in one hour to kill a hundred guinea pigs!

We are actually capable of producing poisons that are far more dangerous than anything the outside air is going to contain on the worst day. The good news is, we are also capable of producing the most healing chemicals in the world for our own bodies (is that not the epitome of logic?).

So the most important way to clean up the air in our home is probably to take out the television and other sources of news, and then stop calling those draining people in your life and then start having gratitude and praying for peace, joy, faith and hope.

The most important thing to bring into your home is a package of
increased love, faith, hope, joy, peace and wisdom (including reading
helpful, enlightened books).

To release the tendency to respond to certain substances, one has to do number one well (diminish irritants in your body). The next thing is to start using tools that are specific in their ability to diminish the irritable tendency.

Of course, if someone has an irritable personality, it probably is going to appear in their physiology. If someone has a lot of fear, it is probably going to look like candida infection when that reaction appears in the physiology.

One of my favorite tools for decreasing irritation is soothing herbs and St. John’s wort. St. John’s wort is not particularly soothing, but it helps buffer the brain against irritable cycles and phases.

Soothing herbs are: Comfrey leaf, marshmallow root or leaf, slippery elm bark and calendula. These are not medicinally relaxing (like, say chamomile or lemon balm) but they are far more helpful in this case because they absorb irritants, sooth all tissues, absorb poisons and heavy metals, build strength in every system and provide temporary natural buffers for several hours each time they enter the system. I personally think that anyone in a stressful society, certainly in the U.S. and Europe, should probably select one or two of these they like and take them internally every day.

The next tool of diminishing irritable tendencies is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It is not alone, but it is both simple and elegant, and it is fast.

You can get introduced to EFT for free on the downloads page of
(www.kalsschool.com) and a newsletter going out to all registered users soon is going to include an update about using EFT for this very specific purpose.

Using EFT, allergies can be released and the irritable response can be
contained while you diminish the number of irritable things in your diet and life.

To clean out the toxic residues in the body means cleansing and doing it regularly. It also means cleansing the emotional heart regularly. If you have not found something to cleanse your emotional heart regularly, take a little free advice: Find Something!

This subject will also be addressed in the near future in
www.kalsschool.com newsletters as well, so if you are not receiving that newsletter, please get registered.

The basics of cleaning out the emotional heart are that you have
something you can do, usually something out of the ordinary, that takes you away from the tethers of your life for a short time. This is not about escape, it is about clearing out your heart. It is a good idea to include something physically exerting, but that is fun.

For me, a walk in the desert clears out my emotional heart. Now that I have moved to Georgia, I find that I can do it on my trampoline out back. I just go into a sort of trance and bounce and program myself, or imagine myself in different aspects of my consciousness (children do this without thinking about it, they fly or dig, bounce or twirl, or they are trees or bees or cats or squirrels).

The Chinese actually have a type of chi gong that works by pretending to be different animals (monkey, tiger, dragon, bear, eagle) and by meditating on those animals to heal the various organ pairs. While imagining oneself as said animal, the corresponding organ is regenerating.
The longer the better, of course.
Hawthorn berry blossoms are very helpful for clearing the emotional heart. I am also told (though I have not tested it) that kudzu blossoms are very good for this.

Nothing will replace an activity that clears your emotional heart. The
activity should be healthful and relatively free of technology. It should be totally free of your cell phone.

As for physical cleansing, there are many good products on the market. I like Richard Schulze’s as well as Dr. Christopher’s Original Formulas.

Detailed cleansing courses are also frequently offered through
kalsschool.com also, which will allow you to understand how to cleanse for healing, for maintenance and every day without even thinking about it so that you can quietly eliminate many irritants and poisons that you are going to inevitably encounter in your life.

Until next time,

# 41 Thoughts on Addictions, Habits and Craves

One of the forums I participate in had posted a question about addictions. I include here what I had posted on that forum, plus what further thoughts I’ve included here.

Re: Addictions

Greetings To All
With Best of Health To You.

As usual, the wide array of interests and viewpoints on this forum, are truly beautiful mind bogglers and jogglers. Do enjoy reading through them and the associated comments. Now for the situation at hand “Addictions”. There is no “one simple solution” to this question. The ‘Why not’ begs answering. We are all ‘Unique Jewels of Light’ on this temporary home we call earth. Just think on that for a moment. No other soul on this planet, has that, which you are composed of. Oh, body wise, yes, there are many others that may ‘look ‘ some what like each other. But that is only a ‘body’ comparison, and has nothing to do with ones Uniqueness. As I walked, ran and crawled life’s learning curve, there were many whacks across the shins with a short length of a wood two by four used as a club. A few of those whacks on the shins rapidly gets ones attention. Addictions to some degree, fell into that whack across the shins category. The normal understanding of the word, is all based on a negative connotation.
Personally, I believe a new awareness of that word must include a much broader scope of application. Addiction and ones habits are to me, very synonymous. Consider, habits are a thing one does on a fairly regular basis. Addictions are also a thing one does on a fairly regular basis. No addictions or habits you say! How about ‘waking up each day’ at approximately the same time. Do you buy just any brand of tooth past! Buy just any brand of soap! Read just any kind of book! What is hidden behind that facade of addiction and ones habits!
Desire and intent are the root start of it all. Gradually it can expand into regular usage. Whop, you have a habit, and that can expand into addiction. Not necessarily a bad or detrimental situation. So if one has introduced the so called ‘addictions and habits’, one ‘can’ also remove them. Here is where the difficulty commences for most people. Use your mind, pray to God, read the bible, just stop doing that, takes will power, and the list can go on endlessly with the how to achieve that removed condition to the desired. Doing so is doable, but there is much more involved than what meets the eye and is so readily suggested by some.
Some of my shin bone whacks are covered in story form posts ( listed below) that point out some salient factors of life. Keep in mind that the more one struggles with certain energies, the more power those energies gain. There may be, can be, and perhaps are, many more factors involved in achieving your intended goal then meets the casual eye.
Until the Spirit, Soul and Body are are properly addressed, the addictions and habits resolution situation is a bleak one.

It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply be kind to others.
——————————–

My further thoughts are:
Have noticed and with interest observed ones “craving” become an eating binge. Lack of specific nutrients within ones body, will trigger hunger pangs. Over the course of my “Nows”, have noticed those hunger pangs are temporarily diminished by indulging in some edible product. A specific nutrient lack may or may not have been sufficient enough to quell the crave of hunger. So back to the edibles and perhaps an overindulgence binge takes place. As my curiosity grew, ‘in why am I still hungry when I just ate’, I did many little crazy quirky experiments. The words addiction, habits, and cravings took on new meaning to me. Points of observation were: some eat based on time periods (habits). Some had to have certain edibles on a daily basis (addiction). Some indulged heavily on specific edibles and or sweets (cravings). Then entered the observation, that those individuals ranged in weight, ( for a given height) seemingly average, stout, plump and greatly overweight. Will leave out many thoughts and experiences or this will become book like in length. Diet, metabolism, fats, amino acids, proteins, and eicosanoids were all part of my questioning the “why” of it all. In keeping with shortening this post, will relate the humerus side of one of those mentioned experiments.
There I am, standing in front of the reefer ( refrigerator), one hand holding the reefer door open, the other hand moving items about to see what they were. I’m asked by a family member “what are you looking for?”. My reply is “I really don’t know, but will know when I see it”. Here the funny part really kicked in, when I would squirt some ketchup or mustard on my finger and taste it. Spoon a bit of pickle, or left over gravy, or even a spoonful of milk, a shot of Tabasco sauce. This would go on until, wow, the what ever it was that I had just tasted, put out the “crave” feeling. Would at that point, read the ingredient list, to help determine what the “crave quencher” was. This led to more investigation and in great depth, to vitamins, minerals, amino acids and so on. Now, this didn’t answer all the questions, but did set the tempo for further personal research purposes and corrective actions.

# 40 Talker and Babbler On Balance Training

Babbler seemed to be huffing and puffing away, when he asked me “this is crazy stuff, why do you even do it at all? I inquired as to what he was referring to. ‘This standing on one leg while holding the other leg up in the air’, was Babblers come back. ‘Well’ I replied, ‘has to do with an article I had read a while back, where a reporter tried a sobriety test, in a police department, using the same process that the police use to nail drunken drivers’. ‘So what happened’ asks Babbler. ‘ Best I can recall, is that the reporter, with police cooperation, had the desk bound officers “take” the sobriety test to see what would happen. Seems that most of those officers following the directions, of the officer directing the “test” FAILED those tests, even though all were sober. So I tried what was listed as the test given to those officers, and I flunked it, much to my surprise.
Have shown a link at this pages bottom, to an official write regards this test.
My point here is that not all who fail this test, are necessarily an inebriated driver. So do periodically, do the one foot stand, to see how that last glass of water is affecting me. Not making light of this test, it is a serious matter. But how do you handle a situation like this, if sober, but failing the sobriety test!

Balance Training

Helps Prevent Falls

Every day is a balancing act… how true, especially as we age, since losing balance is often what causes dangerous falls. The simplest motions, such as walking, standing, reaching and lifting, require balance skills that many of us take for granted until we are challenged by injury, illness or simply the aches and pains of aging. Surprisingly, even those who exercise regularly may have muscle development that is out of balance, as I learned after a recent ACL injury. Exercise specialists recommend balance training, along with aerobic exercise and strength training, as an integral part of a regular fitness routine at every age.

To learn more about balance training, I spoke with Juan Carlos Santana, MEd, CSCS, director of the Institute of Human Performance in Boca Raton, Florida. “Balance training teaches you how to stabilize your body by engaging your muscles and joints,” he explained. Even those who exercise regularly can still have muscles that are “out of balance” and unable to support you from all angles. Balance exercises are easy to incorporate into your life, no matter what your age. In fact, Santana has taught them to his 75-year-old mother. “She always eats her lunch standing at her kitchen counter. About a year ago, I taught her to do balance exercises
while she eats her lunch,” he said. “Now, in between bites, she holds on to the kitchen counter and does single-leg balance exercises and mini pumps.”

USE IT OR LOSE IT

Balance exercise is important for everyone at every level of fitness,
including elite athletes, patients recovering from illness, and, of course, seniors. As with all forms of exercise, how much you need depends on your fitness level. For people in good shape, daily life likely provides a lot of balance movement. Those who are less fit need to do more. In other words — use it or lose it.

In order to be effective, each balance repetition should be done in a slow and fluid motion, at a rate of about four to five seconds per repetition. Begin by holding onto something or use your arms in the exercises for security and added balance — but eventually try to perform balance exercises without support. Fix your eyes on a point straight ahead (e.g. a painting or light switch on a wall). Maintain good posture, keep your core tight and bend knees slightly while doing the exercises. When you can successfully perform them in a slow and controlled fashion, start to speed up the movement. This will help develop a quick reaction when you need to move fast to maintain balance, for instance when you start to slip on a wet floor.

WHAT TO DO

Here are some exercises: Begin with both feet on the floor, hip-width apart and do five squats, trying to get a little lower each time. Once you master the squats, which may take about a week, progress to balancing on a single leg. To progressively master the single-leg balance, gradually go from being assisted (holding onto something) to unassisted (letting go and balancing on your own). After mastering the single-leg balance, progress to single-leg pumps (i.e. mini squats on a single leg, with upper body upright). Start with five repetitions of each exercise and work up to 20 repetitions. This type of balance training can eventually be performed every day. Cut back on the frequency if you feel pain or see swelling. Here are some additional suggestions and variations for balance training…
Stand upright on one leg for 15 to 30 seconds (most people find this is a challenge). Now do it on the other leg. Stand upright on the ball of one foot for 15 to 30 seconds, then the other.
Stand upright on your right leg while slowly “writing” your initials on the ground with the left foot in front, to the left and behind you. Do not put any weight on the left foot while you are moving it over the surface of the ground. Now switch legs and do this with your right foot.
This next exercise can be performed on any 12- to 14-inch grid, such as floor tiles, or you can draw the grid on a sidewalk or driveway with chalk, as you used to do with hopscotch. Stand with your right foot on the line where four tiles intersect under your arch. It does not matter which direction you face. Now, touch the center of each of the four tiles that meet under your right foot with the first toe of your left foot. Take four to five seconds to move from target to target to ensure you are moving slowly and maintaining control of your body. Feel free to bend your right knee and rotate your hips as necessary to accomplish the task. Do this
clockwise and counter-clockwise, with each foot, until you reach the point where you don’t need to plant your moving foot for balance — then proceed to the next level.
Set yourself up the same way and then try to touch the outside corners of the same tiles you’ve just touched at the center. When you succeed at this, try touching the center of each of the tiles surrounding the previous four tiles. For those of you who still need to be challenged further, try touching the outside corners of those tiles.

BALANCED WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Try to practice balancing about five to 10 minutes per day, three to five days per week. You can use this type of exercise as a prelude or conclusion to recreational activities such as golf or tennis. This light protocol also makes a great warm-up for walking or running. After mastering this simple progression, you will be ready to partake in even more difficult balancing exercises.

Equipment like rockerboards, foam rollers, balance disks and large stability balls can add challenges and interest by providing an unstable environment on which to practice balance, Santana noted. But, don’t experiment with these devices when you’re home alone… and also, make sure you have ample space so you won’t hit your head in the event you take a tumble. When using apparatus, always start supported, by holding onto a wall or a rail with your hands. Then let go with one hand before trying no hands — keep in mind that these balance toys are not as easy to use as they may seem.

As with any exercise, begin balance training slowly and carefully to avoid injury. It’s risky to go too fast, too soon. If you don’t know how to do an exercise, ask a fitness professional. For more information, visit the Institute of Human Performance Web site at www.ihpfit.com.
“Balance training is a lifelong exercise,” says Santana. “Once you’re good at balance, it’s yours for life, and you need only a minimal amount of balance training every day to maintain it.”

Talkers and His Babbler On Remote Healing

Many are the times that deep thoughts surface when my Babbler
gets going in high gear. Some call this introspection, day
dreaming, and even nonsense. Have come to the point that I lend
credence to a few of Babblers outpourings. Recently Babbler
gained my attention and really laid it on with questions.
It went some what like this.

Talker, Sir, may I have you’re attention please! (Talker) Whoa,
Babbler, whats with the Sir and respectful tone of voice!
(Babbler) Well it’s been some time since you hit the “serious
button” and generated some serious and deep thoughts.Actually
took me awhile to wade through all those new thoughts.Appears
that the prior ambient tones have leaned heavily toward
altruism. You trying for sainthood? (Talker) Cut out the crap
Babbler. More likely that the “Hell concept’ would freeze over,
before any sainthood would be conferred upon me. Naa,not
looking for sainthood, would much more prefer more worldwide
“right is right” applied to all human thinking process’.
(Babbler) You gonna say anything about you’re recent
application of remote healing! (Talker) Wow, that was a fast
switch in questioning. No I don’t say much, if anything, along
those lines. (Babbler) Why,not! With all the past applications
of “remote healing”, wasn’t there always the underlying
question of “does this type of healing attempts, really work!”
(Talker) For you to actually bring that matter up, is butting
in where I prefer you kept your yammering quite. No ones
business what I do along those lines. (Babbler) What were you
looking for when you did the “I need a healing” search and got
1,620,000 hits? (Talker) Sheesh Babbler, you just love to annoy
me with that crappy poke, poke and jabber, don’t you. When I
got the 1,620,000 hits, I was curious about people looking for
some type of healing, and what their problems were. I was
saddened to find that many hits, and this is only those that
actually made a move to find help. Would venture to say that is
only the tip of the iceberg, of those needing some type of
healing. Would rather not talk anymore about this matter.
(Babbler) Touchy touchy, aren’t we! How about the family
healings? (Talker) Sheesh, yammer yammer, ease up a bit won’t
you! Some things I refuse to expound upon, but do believe there
were some instances of success, along with a heart breaking
failure. (Babbler) There, but don’t you feel better for even
going that far with it? You made the effort and that is what
counts. Even Jesus had a bit of trouble with one healing. That
wasn’t the fault (if you want to call it so) of Jesus. There are
many variables involved with healing and you are fully aware of
those aspects of healing, so stop the moaning and feeling sorry
about nebulous perceived failures. Now why not say some thing
about a recent application of healing that brought joy to your
heart, due to the rare feedback you got. (Talker) Oh
well, anything at this point to quite you down. Here is the
series of events that came to pass. Will of course be very
vague with some details, to maintain privacy of the individual
it pertains too. One other detail, is that I normally refuse
to detail the “how and What” of the process’ I use, in what I
do. For those that perhaps were or are in the same questioning
or even a doubtful mode, what is said here may nudge them into
action again. The issue of saint or sinner is left for another
time and post. Through a series of events, I had offered a
healing to another, based on my “feeling tones”. The offer, and
acceptance of a healing was granted. Here are the details (most
likely the only one I will ever post of this nature) of how I
proceeded. Had some feedback on this of a positive nature, so

here goes:

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Date: 5-24-2008
Soul Username: Mona Lisa

Written immediately after healing session, and to the best of
my recollection.

Prep time.
Seek time.
Focus time.
:Feeling Tones view” during trance state:

Difficult time of gaining focus - only blank clear screen -
Prayer - intent - focus - slowly “scenes” of long bones appear
= no head - no flesh = very hard to clarify into view -
requested more form of aura - slowly faint outline began to
form - than only black streaks and dark cloud motions
persisted, until I grounded the chakras through the overall
aura - Aura took on more of an outline - brought up and in
“earthtones” - aura rapidly hued into gentle browns - brought
down light golden color energy - used upward browns and
downward golden - purify and blend the entire aura - ran the
seven chakras energy colors upwards three times, before
alignment and stability set in - ran white energy up front, over
head, down back, until I “felt” it was “right” - resumed at feet
and flowed ‘all colors” up through “all” chakras - allowed to
flow up and through “center” to rapidly flow up and cascade
down like from an overhead fountain like movement - down to
feet and drawn back into center for another upward flow and
cascade action - aura was now flowing and swirling bright
colors - no more darkness - perfection restored - prayer of
thank you - for the reawakening to her natural state of
perfection that she is, regardless of what she had ignored -
“feeling tones” of peaceful strong flow of perfect energies -
prayer and out of level.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

There were some minor details left out, but was the basics of
what was done.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A further note:

I’m not able to always fully interpret the “feeling tones”, but
do at times evaluate them for my own edification. Like stated
in earlier mails, is a bitch never getting any feedback to the
“works” that I do. The one site that I used to “work” with
doing things of this nature, was with “no” other contact with
those requesting any healing efforts. So there was never any
feedback. They closed down the free site and went to a pay type
process, at which point I dropped out.
Rightly so, and have no concerns over that, only a “ego”type
thing of “is it true that “others” are in some way affected
beneficially by these actions. So for what it’s worth, you are
sharing in the thoughts and methods,of one that actually
believes that these things WORK.

Talker on Whole Body Herb Tonic Tune-up (Updated 6-16-2008)

Been almost ten years since I last made a batch of the Whole Body Herb Tonic. Gradually that batch was used up and I needed to reorder some missing herbs. Well one thing led to another, and just never got around to it. Well I did just place an order to the tune of $120.00. Expensive for now, but makes for a lot of fast moving batches. The overall action of this blend results in every gland, nerve, muscle, vein, artery, organ and bone getting fed the vital nutrients for rejuvenation and regeneration to take place. Batches are made in small quantities and as each small batch is used up, I may or may not adjust the next batch mix by adding another herb, or reducing quantities of certain herbs, according to my bodies reactions. That’s the beauty of being able to fine tune and adjust the Whole Body Herb Tonic to my needs. How do I know my needs you ask? My gauge is, how long my energy levels last in any given day. The minor ache from cutting grass or using the snow blower that don’t dissipate fast enough for me. Those little things that make a day enjoyable, that make moving about at an advanced maturity level, a welcome pleasure. Those listed here are safe enough for sustained use. Of course if you do try any of this, you do so at your own risk, nor am I making any claims about what these herbs do for anyone else. This formulation, by the way is not an original by me, it originates long before my time.

There are a few herbs not listed here, that are also used, but that’s a minor issue, the basic group of importance is listed.
While I do fill capsules, will experiment making a liquid batch.

The Tonic Type Herbs

Alfalfa Herb (Medicago sativa L.)

Angelica Root (Angelica archangelica L.)

Celery Seed (Apium graveolens L.)

Chamomile, German (Matricaria Chamomilla)

Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale L.)

Gentian Root (Gentiana lutea L.)

Hops Flower (Humulus lupulus L.)

Horehound Herb (Marrubium vulgare L.)

Horsetail Herb (Equisetum arvense L.)

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)

Mallow Herb (Malva rotundifolia L.)

Malva Flower (Malva moshata L.)

Passion Flower Herb (Passiflora incarnata L.)

Peppermint Herb (Mentha piperita L.)

Quassia Wood (Quassia amara L.)

Sarsaparilla Root (Sarsaparillae radix L.)

Saw Palmetto Berry (Serenoa serrulata L.)

Thyme Leaf (Thymus vulgaris L.)

(Update 6-16-08)
Wow, did a one to one mix for starters, teaspoon as the measure. Even at this small amount one has a few days of tasting trials, considering there are 21 herbs. .Have to figure a way to some what powder the Quassia chips for what I’m trying. All was going fine until the 130,000 shu red pepper was opened and one teaspoon full was ready to be dropped into the mix container. My Babbler yelped with a warning, “that is waaay to much for such a small mix”. Thought for a moment , and decided to go ahead with that amount anyway. What the heck it’s a one to one for 21 herbs, isn’t it? I had, as I generally do, already tasted all the herbs, for any possible allergic reactions. So when all were carefully doled out, one level teaspoon full of each, I did what I also always do. Spooned out a quarter teaspoon of the herb mix, and pop into my my mouth. Sure enough, Babbler was right. Whoo whee, that tied the back of my eyeballs into knots and gave rise to a nice wave of flame hot throughout the body. As a tea or a vodka based menstruum, this would have been “not to bad”. Doing this with a powder though, is another story. You got to be either “nuts” or keenly interested in things of this nature. To my credit though, am keenly interested. So more as this trial experiment unfolds.

When I received this email, it reminded me of a relatives prescriptions that were filled at Costco a few years back. The savings were over half the dollar amounts from a regular pharmacy. The pro and con’s are there of course. Pro is great saving’s. Con’s are the hours open, and getting to a store location.
Did check online and is still valid.

( Go to help- email and watch for the hard to find )
” Prescription Filling without a Costco Membership

So here’s the scoop.
Be Well

COSTCO! read this…

Let’s hear it for Costco!! (This is just mind-boggling!)
Make sure you read all the way past the list of the drugs.

Did you ever wonder how much it costs a drug company for the active ingredient in prescription medications? Some people think it must cost a lot, since many drugs sell for more than $2.00 per tablet. We did a search of offshore chemical synthesizers that supply the active ingredients found in drugs approved by the FDA. As we have revealed in past issues of Life Extension, a significant percentage of drugs sold in the United States contain active ingredients made in other countries. In our independent investigation of how much profit drug companies really make, we obtained the actual price of active ingredients used in some of the most popular drugs sold in America.

The data below speaks for itself.

Since the cost of prescription drugs is so outrageous, I thought everyone should know about this.
Please read the following and pass it on.
It pays to shop around. This helps to solve the mystery as to why they can afford to put a Walgreen’s on every corner. On Monday night, Steve Wilson, an investigative reporter for Channel 7 News in Detroit, did a story on generic drug price gouging by pharmacies. He found in his investigation, that some of these generic drugs were marked up as much as 3,000% or more. Yes, that’s not a typo…..three thousand percent! So often, we blame the drug companies for the high cost of drugs, and usually rightfully so. But in this case, the fault clearly lies with the pharmacies themselves. For example, if you had to buy a prescription drug, and bought the name brand, you might pay $100 for 100 pills. The pharmacist might tell you that if you get the generic equivalent, they would only cost $80, making you think you are “saving” $20. What the pharmacist is not telling you is that those 100 generic pills may have only cost him $10!

At the end of the report, one of the anchors asked Mr. Wilson whether or not there were any pharmacies that did not adhere to this practice, and he said that Costco consistently charged little over their cost for
the generic drugs.

I went to the Costco site,

http://www.costco.com/

where you can look up any drug, and get its online price. It says that the in-store prices are consistent with the online prices. I was appalled. Just to give you one example from my own experience, I had to use the drug, Compazine, which helps prevent nausea in chemo patients.

I used the generic equivalent, which cost $54.99 for 60 pills at CVS. I checked the price at Costco, and I could have bought 100 pills for $19.89. For 145 of my pain pills, I paid $72.57. I could have got 150 at Costco for $28.08.

I would like to mention, that although Costco is a “membership” type store, you do NOT have to be a member to buy prescriptions there, as it is a federally regulated substance. You just tell them at the door
that you wish to use the pharmacy, and they will let you in. (this is true)

I went there this past Thursday and asked them. I am asking each of you to please help me by copying this letter, and passing it into your own e-mail, and send it to everyone you know with an e-mail address.

# 36 Talker on Healing Energies

February 11th, 2008

There are many and various routine that can be utilized with any healing process. The same applies when one desires to restore or increase, ones own, energy level. Finding a healing process that one can use without all the complex processes and attached dogmatic concepts though, is another matter. Then there is ones own belief factor to cope with. On a personal level, I had one tough time getting to believe that I could actually do any kind of healing or energy work. Some thoughts involved were:

# 6 Ways of healer
# 10 My book sources for psychic and health reading

So any way, it wasn’t an easy process for me. Doubt, religious concerns, and negative influences were present quite frequently. Two items out of the bible posed strong questions. ( John 14:12-14 “The works that I do”) and ( Mark 8:22-25 “Master Jesus had to work harder on a healing”) So here is the Jesus figure saying ” You can do the same things I’m doing and more”. My original thought was “give me a break, Jesus”. Then I read where Jesus had a tad of difficulty with a healing. So up pops another thought,”what gives here”. Well, eventually did to a large degree manage to some what understand what it was about. Working up miracles is still in the works. But am thankful for that which has been learned, and the many occasions of success with what I do. For sure though, beliefs are the main stay for the healer, and this is of the utmost importance in any healing endeavors.
Of the many methods found and tried, a book on the “middle pillar chakras routine for energy and healing” is a real jewel :

In 1932, long before it was trendy or even acceptable to say so, Dr. Israel Regardie wrote a book that linked prayer and meditation to healing. Sixty-five years later his book has been reprinted and repackaged. Thankfully, though, Regardie’s original voice remains unaltered. At face value, this is an instruction book, detailing a specific meditation practice that integrates the awareness of yoga’s chakras with the Kabbalah’s Tree of Life to present a daily tool for healing. The lesser-known value, however, is that this is a highly readable book that boldly explores what many healers are only now willing to say.

Aloha Jacob,
Another interesting question, you pose here.As stated in other posts, can only reference that which takes place with me. Have endeavored to critique and analyze healing energy. Numerous other questions arise during that process. Really happening, fake, imagination, hot, cold, placebo effect, religion, spiritual level, upbringing, and the list grows, into a ” what, really is this process of energy healing about! “. Some what like electricity, many talk and speak of it, using various terms. No one, actually says what electricity ” is “. We use it daily, but don’t actually know ” what ” it is. Yes, one can describe it on ” how it’s generated and used “, but ” where does it come from ?” That is what I’d like to know. Same with ” healing energy “. Difficult to explain ” what one is feeling ” while using that energy. Yes, it appears that the palms of the hand are prime to feeling the sensations. How to describe that feeling is nebulous, when speaking about an ephemeral process. While a friend was ( without my being aware of it ) taking a video of me doing a healing session, here, to the best of my recollection, are feelings I had. Now, there were a few preliminaries, performed, before I went to ” level ” and did what is shown in the video. ( link below ). I used the palms to find hot or cold spots. The individual, had expressed some specific areas of discomfort. Some area feelings corresponded to that which I was feeling, but not all. As I went into ” level “, my strong ” feeling tone “was ” do the whole body “. That, I proceeded to do. Some areas were warm, some were cool but not hot, some places, gave no ” feeling tone sensations “. Keep in mind that the video, is not in actual time. the actual session, lasted approximately an hour. So, most areas, showing, my hands, at certain areas, were ” held still ” at that spot ” for various lengths of actual time. I would move my hands, according to an ” inner ” voice, that prompted, going on to another area. Impossible to actually describe, what was being felt. More like a ” knowing” as opposed to a “feeling sensation “. Do I feel this energy, any other time, no. When I inquire of the person, ” what were you feeling “, here again, there was no correlation to what I was feeling, but their answers ranged from, hot, cold, tingle, nothing, and strange. In only one instance, of many ” healing ” sessions, did I get a ” felt nothing at all “. Most, but not all did express ” feeling better “, after the healing session. So, felt or not, seems that healing sessions, do help /work, regardless of what is felt, or as in some situations not felt.

# 35 Talkers Scoop on Poop

December 26th, 2007

On page 92 of a little book named “Common Sense Health and Healing” by Dr Richard Schulze, there is a question that reads,
” What the heck is a normal poop anyway?” I know, but do you?
Yes, yes, I know who wants to talk about poop! Before you click away though, read this. If you don’t have a few “floaters” in the john when your done doing your job there, you are not getting enough fibre in your diet, but lack of fibre is only part of the problem. Anyway, what do you have to lose if you check this information out.
I’ve not tried the poopdoc products as yet, but did find a load of information about constipation and the herbs that help correct the problem. Have for a long time used various products from the 800herbdoc site.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

( this from the “poopdoc” site, you’ll find more info there )
In all cases of constipation; every person’s case is unique.
A person’s diet can be high in fiber and water intake and exercise regularly but the person can still develop constipation. Stress and changes in routine can even trigger constipation. Treatments that work for other people may not work for some. A balanced diet is enough for some but not for people with chronic constipation.
Constipated people should learn and become experts themselves. Regular (every quarter) cleansing of their colon is extremely beneficial. Using all natural products and staying as close to nature as possible leads to the greatest results.

Just came across a bit of information that seems a followup to what I had posted in # 30 & # 31 here. Before I mention anything further here let me caution you to do your home work. Work with or through a knowledgeable practitioner. Now, an acute case of winters itch may respond better than a chronic case, but may prove to be just what is needed to alleviate some problems. It does involve detoxification of the liver, from a totally different perspective. Long shot , but worth consideration. Whether you have or don’t have a gallbladder you can experience a lack of bile salts. If the gallbladder “was” removed, you definitely need to supplement bile salts. One can show everything from indigestion, dry skin, cataracts to cancer, if the bile flow in compromised in any manner. Must repeat again, use of bile salts were more effective with acute conditions of psoriasis conditions. Yes, yes, I hear you, you weren’t diagnosed with psoriasis, but psoriasis, is a skin problem the same as the winters itch condition. Anyway the information goes on to say, “disorders of the skin are one of the first signs of excess toxicity due to deficient or poor bile flow. Others signs may be, of all things, breast enlargement in older men, hot flashes, cysts, migraines, weight gain, mood swings, and depression. As if that weren’t bad enough, once the toxins start to accumulate in the lymphatic system, in the blood, in the joints and other tissues, at that point, one could be experiencing allergies, arthritis, and inflammation in the joints and muscles. So beets, lecithin, choline, turmeric, curcumin, yarrow, Oregon grape root, taurine, milk thistle, artichoke, and dandelion should be on you’re investigation list. All are supposed to help with normalizing things, that need it.
But what do I know about these things! I’m not a doctor.
